On the occasion of Janmashtami, Art Spice gallery showcases contemporary depictions of Lord Krishna in various Avatars along with other captivating paintings and sculptures. The exhibition lets you have rare access of artworks in a collaborative initiative of Soulful Narratives by two outstanding creators from the international arena: master-artist G Subramanian and leading-artist P. Gnana. Curated by Vidhya Gnana Gouresan, “Divine Intervention” serves as a grand introduction to a precious collection of recent sculptures and paintings by them.
On view are around 50 unique and exceptional paintings and sculptures of Lord Krishna and other Gods and it promises to connect the viewers to the deepest human chord of emotive capacity. Regardless of its perceived dimensionality, an image attains its purpose when it provokes the viewer’s senses, sometimes effortlessly and very often, subconsciously. And these artworks do so. They are simple yet soulful. The alluring divine collection by effervescent creators’ takes you on a spectacular visual journey that cherishes our devotion to the sublime.
