Previously known as ARK Travels Private Limited, the new ARK Travel Group is now diversified into four different verticals which are ARK Cruises, ARK Journeys, ARK Reps, and ARK Tech under the promising leadership of Khalid Gori, Anju Tandon, Anjum Lokhandwala, and Prasad Bhinge respectively.
ARK Travel Group is all set to offer its partners and agents a glimpse into the world of luxury through the newly acquired ‘outbound connections’ previously owned by Anjum Lokhandwala which is now a new vertical called ‘ARK Reps’. It shall handle the representation and marketing aspects.
The new logo exudes a feeling of inspiration and positivity. Each unit of the logo depicts the various business verticals as well as the emotions that the brand would like its customers to associate with. The vibrant and bold colour scheme is synonymous with its dynamic vision. Though the colour scheme has changed, the core design has been retained for continuity. It depicts the combined synergies of the services and their leaders.
With the pandemic affecting the travel industry adversely, ARK travel group came up with the idea of diversifying their business portfolio which was earlier predominantly luxury cruises and resorts. Kishan Biyani, Managing Director of ARK Travel Group said, “The objective was to create a common story between distinct identities yet reinforce the mother brand’s consistency across all touchpoints for all the group brands.’Speaking to BOTT he spoke about the emerging trends in travel. He said, ” Today’s generation likes to invest in travel and gain new experiences. Post-Pandemic the sales have been picking up and the Indian tourists are keen on travelling worldwide.”As a part of the rebranding, they will also be soon coming up with a new customer loyalty program. After a successful run with oceanic journeys, they will also be launching ‘River Cruises ‘ soon.
Anju Tandon, CEO of ARK Journeys, and a veteran in the tourism industry with an experience of 40 years in curating vacations said,” We all wish to evolve with the evolving trends and this new rebranding will surely help us achieve more success.”
Prasad Bhinge, AVP ARK Tech spoke about providing enhanced business solutions not just on their portal but to their partners as well. He said, “We have come up with a new technology which was installed just yesterday called JetBoard which will allow our tourism partners, agents, and customers to interact directly with the system without the need for human intervention.”
ARK Travel group now wears a new look, but their core values of commitment and competence remain the same and they hope to go global soon.
