Ankita brings with her an impressive background spanning more than 17 years, with 10 years in aviation as a cabin crew member, 2 years in the hospitality industry specializing in F&B service, and over 5 years in learning and development. Her diverse experience equips her with a strong understanding of customer service, employee engagement, and training excellence.
A self-motivated professional, Ankita is passionate about delivering exceptional service and fostering talent. Known for her adaptability in dynamic environments, she combines her roles as a team player and mentor with a clear vision: to instill a service-driven culture aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and goals while empowering individuals to achieve their potential.
Reflecting on her journey, Ankita shared, “As I continue my journey with Accor- NJCC & JECC, I feel deeply thankful for the opportunities and trust I have received here.
