In the recently concluded elections of the ICPB – Indian Conventions Promotion Bureau, Amaresh Tiwari, MD, A.T. Seasons and Vacations Travel Pvt. Ltd. has been elected (unopposed) as the new Vice Chairman of the associations. He was earlier working as the Hon. Secretary of the ICPB for two consecutive terms.
Sharing his thoughts with BOTT, Amaresh said, “ICPB today is the leading association for MICE in India. Under Modi 2.0, much emphasis is being laid on the development of India as a MICE destination, especially now that the E-Visas for Conferences have been approved. My focus in my new role will be to aggressively market and promote India as a preferred MICE destination. We aim to bring the various stakeholders of the industry together and enable knowledge sharing activities. From opening new chapters to hosting domestic road shows, there will be lots of new activities happening at ICPB.”
