In his new role, Sunil will lead the HR function across key areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, organizational culture, and well-being initiatives. Prior to his appointment at Aloft ORR, Sunil served in a leadership capacity at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort and Spa, where he successfully oversaw HR operations and drove impactful people strategies.
