Throughout his career, Kumar has built a strong track record of combining financial discipline with business strategy, operational excellence and revenue growth. He has worked across luxury hotels, multi-unit hospitality operations, restaurants and bars, gaining extensive experience in financial planning, commercial strategy, cost optimisation, audits, new openings, business controls and performance management. He has held positions with leading hospitality groups, including Marriott International, Accor, IHG, and Pride Group of Hotels.
In his new role as Director of Finance, Kumar will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, strengthening business controls, driving profitability and supporting the hotel’s overall commercial and operational objectives. His focus will be on creating sustainable value through data-driven decision-making, effective cost management, cash-flow optimisation and close collaboration with the hotel’s leadership team.
