Air India Express launches Freedom Sale with special savings
Air India Express has launched its Freedom Sale ahead of India’s 80th Independence Day, offering up to 20% savings on Xpress Lite and Xpress Value fares and Gourmair meals. Direct bookings through the airline’s website and app get an additional 10% discount with promo code FREEDOM. Bookings are open until August 16 for travel through October 31, 2026. The airline currently operates around 500 daily flights.
CGH Earth expands footprint to Eastern Himalayas
CGH Earth is expanding beyond Southern India for the first time, marking its entry into the Eastern Himalayas. The hospitality group has established a presence in Kurseong, West Bengal, with The Singell Tea Estate, set within a historic tea estate dating back to 1871. The experience highlights the region’s tea heritage, mountain culture and natural surroundings. CGH Earth is also preparing to strengthen its Eastern Himalayan footprint with an upcoming property in Kalimpong.
