Malaysia Airlines, Singapore Airlines launch joint fare products
Malaysia Airlines and Singapore Airlines have launched their strategic joint business partnership, formalised in January 2026 after regulatory approvals, with new joint fare products for travel between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. Building on their existing codeshare agreement, the initiative offers customers wider fare choices and better connectivity across both networks. The airlines are also working on reciprocal lounge access, coordinated schedules and joint corporate travel arrangements to further enhance regional travel for travellers across Asia.
Waterways Leisure raises Rs 263.25 crore ahead of IPO
Waterways Leisure Tourism Limited has raised Rs 263.25 crore from anchor investors ahead of its IPO opening on June 23, 2026. The company allotted 32,58,045 equity shares at Rs 808 each to investors including Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund, Maybank Securities and other global funds. The IPO, comprising a fresh issue of up to Rs 585 crore, will close on June 25, with proceeds mainly supporting lease-related payments.
