A highly respected figure in global hospitality, Mr Farik brings over three decades of senior leadership experience with some of the world’s most prestigious hotel groups, including Marriott International and Oberoi Hotels. Notably, he previously served as Regional Director, Sales and Marketing at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, bringing a strong commercial lens to brand development and strategic marketing. His expertise spans sales, marketing, brand expansion, and large-scale development projects, having consulted more than 20 hotels and resorts across the Asia-Pacific region.
Mr Farik joined Amora Hotels & Resorts in 2023 as Group Director of Business Development and Asset Management. During this time, he played a pivotal role in the group’s expansion strategy, including contributing to the acquisition of the iconic Adelaide Hilton and the major redevelopment and rebranding of Amora Herencia Riverwalk in Melbourne.
