ITC Hotels posts record Q3 revenue, profits
ITC Hotels reported its highest-ever Q3 revenue and profits for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, driven by higher occupancy and a 9% rise in ADR, lifting RevPAR by 13%. Room revenue grew 12% supported by corporate, weddings and MICE, while F&B revenue increased 8% led by banqueting. EBITDA margin stood at 39%. The company crossed 150 operational hotels with 14,000+ keys and signed 28 hotels in CY2025. A new 5-star hotel at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka is planned by 2030.
SpiceJet launches Ahmedabad–Sharjah non-stop flights
SpiceJet will launch non-stop Ahmedabad–Sharjah flights from February 5, making Sharjah its second UAE destination after Dubai. The service will operate five days a week, excluding Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Flights will depart Ahmedabad at 8:20 pm and arrive Sharjah at 10:20 pm, with return at 11:20 pm, reaching Ahmedabad at 3:30 am. Bookings are now open.
