At N. Chirag, our vision for 2026 builds naturally on the trust and legacy we have established over more than three decades, while being guided by a contemporary understanding of today’s traveller. My focus is on sharpening our role as curators of thoughtfully designed journeys, where insight and attention to detail remain central to every experience we create. Our growth will be driven by deeper relationships with clients, tourism partners, and hotels, supported by smarter digital and operational platforms that allow us to scale expertise without losing the personal approach that defines us.

We aim to build a robust internal marketplace, deepen engagement with airlines, government bodies, and global partners, and empower professionals through digital transformation. The milestone year will reflect TAAI’s commitment to future-proofing travel businesses and strengthening industry unity.

Geeta Maheshwari, MD, Hospitality & Marketing Services (H&M Services)
At Hospitality & Marketing Services (H&M Services), Our vision for 2026 is to strengthen our position as a trusted growth partner for independent hotels, boutique resorts, and experiential properties across India, while selectively extending our footprint into new destinations. Our priority is to expand our portfolio in underrepresented regions that have strong cultural and experiential potential but limited structured marketing support. We aim to deepen our engagement in destination-led storytelling, helping properties with experience-led branding. Innovation will remain central to our strategy. In 2026, we plan to further enhance our digital marketing frameworks, including data-driven sales strategies, curated online showcases, and smarter CRM-led engagement for our hotel partners.
