Mayfair Spring Valley Resort has partnered with Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation as the official caterer for India’s first Vande Bharat Sleeper Train, flagged off by Narendra Modi. Operating on the Howrah–Kamakhya route, the service elevates overnight rail travel with curated West Bengal and Assam cuisine. Passengers will enjoy regional vegetarian dishes and traditional desserts, prepared using locally sourced ingredients.
