“For Kazin DMC, 2026 is about strengthening our role as a specialist partner across Central Asia and the Caucasus. Our focus is on deeper destination mastery rather than wider dilution. We aim to expand selectively into new source markets, strengthen our MICE vertical, and continue investing in proprietary systems — particularly our in-house CRM — to empower both our teams and our agent partners with clarity, speed, and accurate destination intelligence. Innovation for us is practical: simplifying processes, improving decision-making, and enhancing on-ground delivery. Equally important is trust — with agents, suppliers, and travellers — which remains the foundation of long-term success.”
