Skal International Delhi celebrated the festival of lights with great enthusiasm and fellowship at its annual Diwali Dinner, held on 17th October 2025 at The Claridges, New Delhi.
The evening brought together an eclectic mix of travel and tourism professionals, Skal members, and distinguished guests who gathered to celebrate camaraderie and the spirit of togetherness that defines the Skal movement.
Adding vibrancy to the occasion were the festive décor, gourmet food, and lively entertainment that perfectly captured the essence of Diwali. Members exchanged greetings, shared moments of joy, and reflected on another successful year for Skal Delhi.
The highlight of the evening was a special felicitation ceremony for Sk. NSN Mohan, who has been elected as Vice President 2026 and President Elect 2027 of Skal International. The Skal Delhi was the first club to proudly honour his distinguished achievement and contribution to the Skal movement.
The celebration was made even more special through the support of event partners — Diageo as the Spirit Partner, whose participation added sparkle to the night.
Speaking on the occasion, President Sk. Homa Mistry expressed gratitude to all members and partners for their continued support. “The Diwali Dinner is not just a festive gathering; it reflects the unity, friendship, and positive spirit that Skål embodies,” he remarked.
The evening concluded on a joyous note with music, dancing, and a renewed sense of fellowship — true to Skal’s motto of “Doing Business Among Friends.”
