Organised alongside ITB India, the third in-person edition of the conference will feature over 40 sessions across two main stages—the Knowledge & MICE Theatre and the Tech & Experience Theatre—covering four dedicated tracks: Knowledge, MICE & Corporate Travel, Travel Technology, and the newly introduced Experiential Travel.
The conference theme, “The Business of Experience: Curated Travel for Targeted Growth,” reflects the industry’s transformation driven by digital innovation, rising affluence, and increasing demand for immersive travel experiences.
Keynote and Expert Sessions
Scott Wegener, Head of Asia Pacific at Tripadvisor, will open the conference with insights on evolving opportunities and challenges in the travel sector.
In the Knowledge Theatre, Shaurab Kapadia (Google India) will share perspectives on India’s travel landscape, while Rama Mahendru (Intrepid Travel) will address “Beyond Sustainability: The Rise of Responsible Tourism in the Global South.”
The MICE & Corporate Travel track will focus on smarter budget strategies, shifting priorities, and technology’s impact on business travel. Judith Huisman (Meetingselect) will present on AI, automation, and smart booking tools for MICE operations, while Deepesh Jethwani (Tripjack) will discuss personalised duty-of-care programmes for corporate travellers.
In the Travel Technology track, Anurag Jain (RateGain) will highlight AI-driven booking innovations, and Rikant Pittie (EaseMyTrip) will explore future tech trends in travel.
The debut Experiential Travel track will spotlight high-value tourism segments including film, cruise, cultural, and sustainable travel. Speakers include Romil Pant (Thomas Cook India) and Isha Goyal (India Cruise Forum/STIC Travel Group), who will present on the growing cruise travel market in India.
