Named after the iconic river that flows through the heart of Kashmir, Jhelum pays homage to the soulful and vibrant cuisine of the Kashmiri Pandit community. Guests can indulge in a specially curated Chef’s set course menu at Kaansa or experience a lavish buffet at Café G, offering a variety of traditional dishes that showcase the diversity and depth of Kashmiri flavors.
