The Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) is hosting the Convention from August 21-23, 2026, under the theme “Ananta Kashi: Leading the Future of Tourism through Spirit, Culture, Cuisine and Craft.” Supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, with Uttar Pradesh Tourism as Partner State, the event has attracted over 1,400 delegates from 22 states.
Policymakers, industry leaders, investors, entrepreneurs and tourism stakeholders are participating in discussions on the growth and future direction of India’s hospitality sector. The inaugural ceremony on August 21 featured addresses by FHRAI leadership and eminent industry personalities, along with cultural performances celebrating the spirit and heritage of Varanasi.
