Prior to joining Novotel Ahmedabad, Nair held several prominent leadership roles across esteemed hospitality brands. Most recently, he served as the Front Office Manager at InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing guest satisfaction and operational standards. His career journey also includes key positions at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, Crowne Plaza Kochi, Fairmont Jaipur, Novotel Pune, and Lavasa, where he consistently excelled in delivering high-quality guest services and operational efficiency.
In his new position, Nair will lead the Rooms Division at Novotel Ahmedabad, overseeing its operations and ensuring service excellence in line with Accor’s global standards. His strategic mindset and meticulous attention to detail are expected to significantly boost guest experiences and operational performance.
