Mr. Sanjay Wadhwa will take over the role of Cluster General Manager to further strengthen hotel operations with his experience in hospitality spanning three decades. Sanjay has been involved in development projects in Lonavala, Himachal Pradesh. He holds a PhD in Tourism with a specialization in E-Commerce.
Mr. Ritesh Bhatt, with his professional career of over 20 years in general management and progressive experience, is handed over with the Cluster General Manager and Chief Experiences Officer profile. With a diverse experience of spearheading reputed brands such as Taj Properties. A wildlife enthusiast, Ritesh pursued a master’s in hospitality management from the Govt. Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Dehradun. He remains steadfast in his commitment towards sustainability and looks forward to supporting LHG’s conservation efforts in his region.
Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, an industry veteran, Sanjeev has spent nearly two decades in luxury hotels. He excels in managing business operations, growth strategies, and guest satisfaction. Sanjeev holds degrees in Hotel Management from the University of Huddersfield and the Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad. In his tenure, he will be responsible for looking after a luxury boutique property in the Kumaon Region, Uttarakhand.
Mr. Vijendra Sharma, with a 34-year career at IHCL, is set to take on a crucial role in opening new hotels for Leisure Hotels Group. Mr. Sharma will oversee fostering a productive workforce with strategic HR policies and has excelled in talent acquisition and retention, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce aligned with organizational goals. Trusted for his extensive experience, he has served as Area Director, Human Resources. He has been pivotal in opening new hotels, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law, Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics.
