Months of meticulous planning and preparation went into ensuring every aspect of the event, from accommodation to transportation and entertainment, was flawlessly executed. The event boasted a lineup of over 3000 attendees, 90 tour managers and guides, 80 tourist coaches, and disposal vehicles, along with a talented team of 53 artists and event support staff. Notably, the inclusion of 4 elephants, courtesy of NongNooch, added a unique touch to the event.
Safety and security were paramount, with ambulances on-site staffed with teams of doctors and nurses, alongside a battery of 50 highly trained security personnel. Geanis Holidays India also made sure to leave their mark on Pattaya, with branding displayed prominently across 14+ hotels and hosting traditional Thai hostesses to welcome guests. Additionally, branding and karaoke nights were held simultaneously at 9 restaurants, further enhancing the overall experience for attendees.
Reflecting on the monumental achievement, Dharmendra Kumar, Founder & CEO of Geanis World & MICE, expressed immense pride in his dedicated and hardworking team and partners, emphasizing their collective effort in making the ambitious project a resounding success.
