With an exemplary career in the hospitality industry for 16 years Amit brings a great deal of knowledge and expertise gained through his extensive experience to the hotel.
Heading the front office team, Amit will also supervise all guest service operations, making sure guests are welcomed cordially, checked-in swiftly, and helped with any needs during their stay at the hotel. He will set up high protocols for emergency circumstances, monitor security precautions, and ensure adherence to health norms and safety rules. He will be communicating with other departments like housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage to synchronize and elevate guest services and address the concerns raised by guests in the hotel. Recognized for his expertise in guest relations, problem-solving, and team leadership, he is poised to lead the front office operations of the hotel to new heights of excellence.
Amit’s career spans renowned hospitality brands such as The Oberoi Hotel, Trident Hotel, The Leela Palace, and most recently as Front Office Manager at The Lodhi Hotel, New Delhi. His diverse background and deep industry knowledge will support him to excel while working at Eros Hotel.
