This digital campaign challenges the notion of India being too hot for summer travel, emphasising its offerings in hill resorts, including the Himalayas. The campaign seeks to promote India as a holistic destination throughout the year.
GITB Jaipur sees good turnout
The 13th edition of the Great Indian Travel Bazaar (GITB) in Jaipur witnessed robust participation. With approximately 300 exhibition booths representing destination management companies (DMCs), state tourism boards, and hotels, the event showcased a diverse range of offerings. The event kicked off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by Gayatri A Rathore, IAS, Principal Secretary (Tourism) Rajasthan, and Jyotsna Suri of Lalit Group of Hotels and officials of FICCI.
