The GNTB presents the 100 most popular tourist attractions in Germany
Between December 2021 and June 2022, around 15,000 international visitors from 30 countries chose their favorite tourist destinations in Germany. The current TOP 100 ranking is now online at www.germany.travel/top100. Last year’s winner, Miniatur Wunderland Hamburg, received the most votes. EuropaPark Rust was also able to defend its second place. Rothenburg ob der Tauber took third place for the first time. Neuschwanstein Castle, Phantasialand Brühl, our capital Berlin, the Black Forest National Park, the Rothenburg ob der Tauber Criminal Museum, Dresden, and the Moselle Valley followed. Since 2012, visitors of www.germany.travel have been able to use a free text field to name the tourist destinations they consider particularly recommendable. From this, the GNTB develops the ranking of the TOP 100.
Air India Express to start flights between Vijayawada and Sharjah from October 31
After about three and a half years, full-scale international flight services will start from Vijayawada International Airport (Gannavaram). The schedule has been announced and ticket booking has also started. These services will run between Sharjah and Vijayawada every Monday and Saturday from October 31. The 186-passenger Boeing 737-800 aircraft will depart Sharjah at 1.40 pm IST and arrive here at 5.35 pm IST and the return flight departs here at 6.35 pm and reaches Sharjah at 10.35 pm.

This heart-warming invite comes on the back of Water World Ocean Park being certified by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) as a Certified Autism CenterTM (CAC). The certification makes Hong Kongers’ favourite water park a proven inclusive, accessible, and sensory-friendly facility for adventurers with autism or other sensory sensitivities.
IndiGo joins WEF Sustainability Campaign ‘Clear Skies for Tomorrow’
IndiGo becomes a signatory in the Clear Skies for Tomorrow, India Coalition campaign, spearheaded by the World Economic Forum. IndiGo’s commitment to deployment of sustainable initiatives will help in achieving a significant scale for SAF to gain a critical mass and bring in cost-efficiency for widespread adoption in India. IndiGo has been focused on sustainable operations for a few years and launched its first ESG report – IndiGo Green in 2021. Earlier this year, IndiGo operated its brand new A320 NEO flight from Toulouse, France to New Delhi on 18 Feb 2022 with 10% blend of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) under the IndiGo Green initiative.
