India’s biggest hotel groups have started converted some of there properties into paid quarantine facilities across India in partnership with hospitals amid the uncontrolled rise of Covid cases here. Hospitality major ITC Group has converted some if its Welcomhotel properties across India into paid quarantine facilities in partnership with hospitals. Available for asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic patients as advised by partner hospitals, the latter provide on-site medical care as per their guidelines. The converted Welcomhotel properties include the ones in Dwarka (Delhi), Coimbatore, Chennai and Bengaluru.
Tata Group Taj Hotels has so also converted some of its hotels in eight cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad, into quarantine centres for asymptomatic and mildly symptomatic Covid patients at the discretion of the partner hospital.
