
Adani Airports launches 80-room transit hotel at Navi Mumbai Airport
Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) has launched the 80-room Swirl Transit Hotel at Navi Mumbai International Airport’s Terminal 1. Offering four-hour and overnight stays, the hotel features 24-hour dining, shower facilities, workstations and other guest amenities. Designed for transit passengers and travellers with early departures or late arrivals, the concept will also expand to Guwahati Airport, where a 21-room property is planned within Terminal 2.
Bhutan to host Sha-Festival and Dragon Fury Cycling Race
Bhutan will host the second Sha-Festival and Dragon Fury Race in Wangdue Phodrang on October 16–17, 2026. Organised by the Department of Tourism and partners, the festival will showcase local cuisine, handicrafts and cultural performances from 15 gewogs. The Dragon Fury cycling race, open to domestic and international riders, will promote adventure tourism, with prizes worth Nu. 170,000 across various categories, including special recognition for participants.
