Premium hotel occupancy is projected to remain at 72–74%, while average room rates are expected to increase to ₹8,600–8,800. Although geopolitical tensions and the West Asia conflict affected foreign tourist arrivals, ICRA expects demand to remain resilient as airline operations normalise and domestic travel continues to support growth.

#First Opinion
“We are actively expanding our footprint across India with several exciting additions. In Goa, we recently launched The Evren in Vagator, a newly developed property, alongside our latest addition in Ladakh, where we now operate two properties, Dolkhar in Leh and Lchang Nang Retreat in Nubra. Moving forward, we are setting our sights further south, with new hotel developments in the pipeline for destinations like Kerala and Hyderabad. When looking at emerging travel trends, wellness is undeniably front and centre. It requires a holistic approach incorporating specialised meal plans and lifestyle programs, which is the exact philosophy behind our Wellbeing Collection and properties like Dharana at Shillim in Pune.”
