Voyage 1 acquires South African DMC to expand Africa Portfolio
Dubai-based Voyage 1 DMC LLC has acquired 100% of South Africa’s World Wide African Tours under the brand safarisinbushes.com, strengthening its presence in the African tourism market. The new entity, Voyage 1 Africa, will be led by safari specialist Shobhna Govan. The acquisition enhances the company’s portfolio with curated safari experiences and luxury travel offerings while supporting its global B2B and B2C expansion strategy under the leadership of Naveen Kundu.
VFS Global reports strong Sustainability progress in 2025
VFS Global has released its seventh Sustainability Report, highlighting strong progress across environmental, social and governance initiatives in 2025. The company reported that 65% of new hires were women, CSR spending rose by 94%, and electronic waste recycling increased by 41% over 2024. It also planted over 650,000 trees globally while advancing digital transformation through Responsible AI and expanding its international operations in line with global sustainability standards.
