Red Dot Representations partnered with Walkers Tours to strengthen outbound tourism from Gujarat to Sri Lanka. Providing support to Walkers Tours in Ahmedabad and the Gujarat market, Red Dot will help bolster the DMC’s presence in the region. In addition, FitsAir has unveiled its direct scheduled passenger service between Ahmedabad and Colombo which will be available 3x a week. Players like City of Dreams Sri Lanka, Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Walker Tours, and FitsAir have come together to showcase the Island’s comprehensive experience.
Air India launches ‘Easy Connect’ flights from Amritsar
Air India inaugurated ‘Easy Connect’ services from Amritsar, expanding the Government’s hub-and-spoke model and bringing seamless global connectivity to travellers across Punjab. The launch marks an important step in the initiative’s nationwide rollout announced in June. As part of the programme, international travellers from Amritsar can complete through check-in to their final destinations, clear immigration formalities at Amritsar airport, and enjoy seamless transfers through Delhi without having to re-check baggage or change terminals.
