The event opened with India’s first Hospitality Vendors Meet, featuring a thought-provoking fireside chat on the evolving relationship between hospitality buyers and solution providers. The session was moderated by Taran Deep, Founder, Happy Hospitality Club, and featured Sudesh Kumar Srivastava, Vice President Operations & Unit Head, Country Inn & Suites (Ghaziabad) by Radisson, and Dr. Sanjay Goyal, Chief Procurement Officer, Holy-Land Marketing, who shared practical insights on procurement, vendor partnerships and creating greater value for the hospitality industry.

The evening continued with the HHC Members & Guests Meet, highlighted by an engaging panel discussion titled:

The panel featured distinguished industry leaders Shailja Katoch, Maharani of Kangra and Heritage Hotelier; Atul Tiwari, Hotel Manager, The Leela Palace New Delhi & Shruti Gupta, Director, LP Hotels and Festival Director, Dehradun Food Literature Festival. The discussion was expertly moderated by Sourish Bhattacharyya, Senior Consultant, We The Chefs, and Co-author of The Bloomsbury Handbook of Indian Cuisine.

The panel explored how changing guest expectations, authentic experiences, innovation and personalisation are reshaping hospitality, while highlighting strategies that help hotels and restaurants remain relevant in an increasingly experience-driven market.
The evening witnessed the participation of leading hospitality professionals, entrepreneurs and industry partners from across Delhi NCR, providing an ideal platform to build relationships, exchange ideas and explore new business opportunities.
