#First Opinion
“Luxury today is no longer defined by infrastructure alone; it is shaped by personalization, emotional intelligence and meaningful experiences. As India’s luxury hospitality sector evolves, success will belong to brands that combine commercial excellence with authenticity, storytelling and genuine human connection. Today’s discerning traveller seeks privacy, purpose, wellness, design and memorable moments that go beyond a stay. Sales and marketing must move from being transactional to experiential and relationship-driven. After nearly four decades in hospitality leadership, I remain convinced that our greatest strength lies in understanding guest aspirations before they are expressed and creating experiences that leave a lasting emotional impact.”
