#First Opinion
“India’s hospitality sector is entering a transformational phase of growth. Domestic hospitality brands such as IHCL and ITC Hotels, along with global brands including Hilton Worldwide, Radisson Hotel Group, Marriott International and Accor, are aggressively expanding across Tier II, Tier III and Tier IV cities in India. This momentum reflects growing confidence in India’s vision of becoming a USD 5 trillion economy and the long-term growth trajectory of Viksit Bharat 2047. Hospitality today is no longer limited to large institutions or legacy business families. The sector is opening strategic opportunities of investments for individuals, cluster and institutional investors through SEBI-approved Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) structures.”
