Bringing with him over 15 years of experience across hospitality operations, sales strategy, event management, and business development, Nitin will lead the hotel’s operational functions with a focus on enhancing guest experiences, driving profitability, and strengthening operational excellence across departments.
Most recently serving as Director of Sales and Marketing at Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai, Nitin has built an accomplished career across leading hospitality brands including Marriott International and IHCL. His expertise spans hotel operations, MICE, weddings, luxury hospitality, revenue strategy, and large-scale event management, consistently delivering strong business performance and customer satisfaction.
Notably, Nitin was previously associated with The Westin Goa as Director of Sales, where he played a key role in driving the hotel’s commercial success across weddings, leisure, and MICE segments. During his tenure, he successfully led revenue growth initiatives, strengthened strategic partnerships, and implemented innovative sales processes that enhanced operational efficiency and profitability.
Over the years, Nitin has demonstrated a strong ability to lead high-performing teams, execute operational strategies, and align business objectives with guest expectations. His experience includes overseeing large-scale convention sales and event planning operations at Taj Lands End Mumbai, managing catering sales and events at Taj Palace New Delhi, and leading cross-functional teams across luxury and upscale hospitality environments.
A graduate in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Jaipur and IGNOU University, Nitin has also contributed to several industry-defining projects including Green Meetings initiatives, alternate revenue stream strategies during the pandemic, and internationally recognised events such as the BRICS and ASEAN Summits, Sunburn, and the Women’s World Cup.
In his new role, Nitin will oversee the hotel’s operational strategy across core departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Recreation, while working closely with leadership teams to further elevate service standards, employee engagement, and overall guest satisfaction. His approach combines strategic planning, operational precision, and people-focused leadership to ensure seamless and intuitive hospitality experiences.
