The collaboration will enhance offerings in key cities like Varanasi and Ayodhya, combining sustainable hospitality with pilgrimage expertise. Aligned with Eco Hotels’ asset-light growth strategy, the partnership aims to boost occupancy, improve RevPAR, and deliver seamless, meaningful travel experiences for spiritual and leisure travellers.
Air India partners with WestJet to expand India–North America connectivity
Air India has announced an interline partnership with Canada-based carrier WestJet to enhance connectivity beyond Toronto and Vancouver. The agreement enables seamless single-ticket itineraries, coordinated baggage transfers, and smoother travel experiences. Passengers can now access 17 destinations across Canada and 14 U.S. cities via WestJet. Select routes, including Halifax and Calgary, are also accessible through Air India’s European gateways such as London, Paris, and Amsterdam.
