Mozambique launches official e-Visa platform for 183 countries, including India
Mozambique has officially launched its new e-Visa platform for travellers from 183 countries, including India, as part of the Visit Mozambique initiative. Powered by VFS Global, the digitally enabled system supports the government’s border modernisation and digital transformation agenda. The secure, cloud-based platform allows online applications across multiple visa and ETA categories, enhancing efficiency, transparency and traveller convenience while supporting tourism and investment growth.
Tourism Malaysia hosts Sales Mission 2026 in Coimbatore
Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board (MTPB) organised its Sales Mission 2026 in Coimbatore, in partnership with the Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA). The programme brought together 49 sellers from Malaysia and key travel trade partners from Coimbatore and Kongu region, strengthening Malaysia’s engagement with the market. The Sales Mission was led by Datuk Manoharan Periasamy, Chairman, Tourism Malaysia. In line with Visit Malaysia Year 2026 (VMY2026), Malaysia is targeting 2.1 million arrivals from India.
