Radisson Blu New Delhi Dwarka ushered Tree Lighting Ceremony, held in collaboration with Bal Vihar Children Home, an organisation dedicated to the welfare, education and holistic development of underprivileged children.
The evening began with the ceremonial lighting of the grand Christmas tree in the hotel’s central foyer symbolising hope, unity and the beginning of holiday celebrations. Children from Bal Vihar joined the event, adding an atmosphere of innocence and joy as they participated in carol singing and the cherished Make-a-Wish ritual, where each child penned down their heartfelt wishes for the season. Guests, patrons and team members came together to support and celebrate with the children, accenting the hotel’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and inclusive hospitality.

Speaking on the occasion, Rakesh Sethi, General Manager, Radisson Blu New Delhi Dwarka, said, Tree Lighting Ceremony is one of our most cherished traditions, and partnering with Bal Vihar Children Home makes it even more meaningful. The festive season is a time of giving, sharing and creating joy—and today, seeing the children light up with excitement truly captured that spirit. At Radisson Blu Dwarka, we remain committed to nurturing connections with our community and spreading warmth beyond our hotel walls.” The celebration concluded with a special high-tea featuring seasonal delicacies curated by the hotel’s culinary team, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees especially Children.
