Rs 99.92 lakh sanctioned for Pallikunnu Church beautification
The Kerala Tourism Department has approved Rs 99.92 lakh for the development and beautification of the historic Pallikunnu St. George CSI Church in Kuttikkanam. Built in 1869 under Rev. Henry Baker Jr., the church is a landmark of colonial-era architecture. The project includes a new entrance, walkway, snack-bar, restrooms, lighting, landscaping, and CCTV installation—enhancing visitor experience while preserving the church’s historical significance.

Air India and Air India Express add 166 flights to Patna for festive season

Between October 15 and November 3, 2025, Air India will add 114 flights from Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, while Air India Express will operate 52 extra flights from Delhi and Bengaluru. This expansion significantly boosts connectivity for travellers during the busy festive period.
