Sri Lanka Tourism successfully concluded its luxury wedding show in Mumbai on September 7th, 2025. A series of multi -city shows were conducted across India showcasing Sri Lanka as a premier choice of destination for couples for their dream wedding. The event brought together leading Sri Lankan hotels, resorts, heritage venues and service providers, connecting them to the top Indian wedding planners, travel agents and media representatives.
German National Tourist Office India extends warm welcome to Indian travellers
The German National Tourist Office (GNTO) India has announced its intensified focus on the burgeoning Indian outbound travel market, showcasing Germany as a diverse and enriching travel destination. India remains a vital source market for German tourism, demonstrating consistent growth in visitor numbers and overnight stays. In fact, from January to June 2025, India accounted for 440,000 overnight stays in Germany.
