With over nine years of extensive experience in luxury and upscale hospitality, Megha has been associated with prestigious brands under Marriott International and Accor. Prior to joining Le Méridien Kochi, she served as Assistant Front Office Manager (HOD) at Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, where she played a key role in optimizing front office functions and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Her illustrious career includes leadership roles such as Guest Experience Manager at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, Guest Relations Manager at The Westin Hyderabad, and Assistant Loyalty Manager at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel. She began her journey at Four Points by Sheraton Vizag and has also worked at the esteemed Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa.
In her new capacity, Megha will oversee all front office operations at Le Méridien Kochi, focusing on seamless guest journeys, personalized service, and the implementation of elevated hospitality standards. Her rich expertise in guest engagement, loyalty programs, and team leadership is expected to further strengthen the hotel’s positioning as a preferred choice for both business and leisure travelers.
