In her new role, Henna will be responsible for building brand equity through strategic marketing, digital innovation, and public relations while driving visibility for the hotels’ acclaimed restaurants, wellness experiences, and luxury offerings. 2. Asmita Deshpande – Human Resources & Training Manager
Asmita Deshpande has transitioned into the role of Human Resources & Training Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune after a successful tenure of two years as Learning and Development Manager. A veteran in the hospitality learning domain with over 13 years of experience, Asmita has a track record of designing impactful programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, she held a key leadership role at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Nashik, where she was instrumental in curating tailored training initiatives that empowered teams and led to operational excellence. At The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, she will now lead the dual portfolio of Human Resources and Training, focusing on developing holistic strategies that not only address talent development but also strengthen the hotel’s people-first culture.
Her role includes conducting organization-wide training needs assessments, developing leadership pipelines, and collaborating closely with departmental heads to align team growth with hotel objectives. She holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and is deeply committed to modern learning methodologies, employee wellbeing, and inclusive growth.
3. Jui Manjre– Front Office Manager
Jui Manjre has been appointed as Front Office Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, taking charge of one of the most pivotal departments in delivering the signature Ritz-Carlton guest experience. With a deep-rooted passion for guest relations and a career built around operational excellence, Jui steps into this role with a strong foundation in luxury service standards, team leadership, and personalized hospitality.
