In his new capacity, he will oversee the daily operations of one of Al Habtoor City’s flagship dining establishments, Habtoor Palace Dubai’s World Cut Steakhouse. In close collaboration with the Executive Chef, Chef Raulito will play a paramount role in managing daily operations, ensuring top-notch production standards, and providing leadership in staff management.
