Cygnett Hotels and Resorts has announced the appointment of Ankur Chandra as Director- Operations & Development. Ankur will be responsible for leveraging hotel operations and expanding the brand in new territories and markets. He will also be responsible to keep a check on the profitability of operations and supervising all aspects of hotel management including menu planning, monitoring food production to ensure compliance with quality & hygiene standards.
Ankur is a seasoned hotelier with over 20 years of wide ranging experience in handling multiple clientele and expertise in various facets of Hotel management. He is a competent, diligent and result oriented professional.
