The Pastry Hobby Chef Programme will be conducted by the hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef, Chef Anand Panwar. This programme has been designed to help you master the art of baking, from an in-depth knowledge of the basics to baking breads, cakes, chocolates and cookies. The specialized programme features an array of weekend short-term courses including ‘Basics of Baking and Bread Making’, ‘French Travel Cakes’, ‘Hand Rolled Chocolate and Bars’ and ‘Cookies and Cupcakes’. The duration of each course will be 20 hours and the fee for each course is INR 20,000 plus taxes.
The Culinary Hobby Chef Programme has been designed to help you master the basics of cooking world cuisine. This special summer programme features an array of short weekend courses that will be taught by the Expert Chefs of Roseate House. The courses include ‘Classic Salads’, ‘Middle Eastern’, ‘Western Soups’, ‘Italian’ and ‘Kebab & Tikka’. The duration of each course will be 10 hours and the starting fee for each course is INR 10,000 plus taxes.
